The following configuration areas affect label based traceability.
System > Config > Config Maint
•Barcode Traceability : Must be set to True to enable label based traceability for the company. When set to false all label traceability is disabled.

•Barcode Traceability Default : Default label trace requirement for all items within the company.
o0 - Items set to 0 are not traced.
o1 - Items set to 1 are traced.
•Label Format Options : The following system configuration options will show or hide a label element, and adjust the position and font size of that element. These should be set with assistance from your support team.
oLabel Print Barcode: If true the barcode will print, if false only the trace id number will print.
▪Label Adj Barcode:
oLabel Print Barcode as GS1-128: If enabled the Trace Label barcode will be formatted as a GS1-128 with an AI 01: GTIN, if catch weight an AI 3202 weight with 2 decimal points, and an AI 10 containing trace number. Items MUST have a valid UPC / GTIN number assigned for this label to print.
oLabel Print Description: If true the description of the item will print on the label.

oLabel Print Item ID: If true the Item ID will print on the label.

oLabel Question 1: Select from the Question list which value to print.

oLabel Question 2: Select from the Question list which value to print.

•Item File Tab: Traceability - Enables Traceability Tab in Item File.
•Trace Data - Enables Trace Data menu option in the Inventory Tab
•Allow Users to skip entering required trace data - Allows user to select N/A (not applicable) for required trace questions.
•Recall Trace - Enables the Trace Recall Report from the Reports > Inventory menu
•Traceability must be enabled at the warehouse level on the Inventory > Files > Warehouses screen.
•Item File Traceability tab can enable or disable traceability for an item by overriding the default set at the company configuration label.
