Posting Transactions

Important Notices:

Transactions, once posted, cannot be modified in Food Connex Cloud and must be adjusted for using Credit Memos or Inventory Adjustments.

 

Posting Invoices

Navigate to:

Orders > Processing > Post

Posting an invoice schedules that transaction to be sent to QuickBooks.

 

Posting Purchase Orders

Navigate to:

Inventory > Processing > Purchase Order > Post Purchase Order

Posting a purchase order updates costs and schedules the transaction to be sent to QuickBooks.

 

Posting Inventory Receives

Navigate to:

Inventory > Processing > Receive > Receive Inventory

Posting an inventory receive updates costs and schedules the transaction to be sent to QuickBooks.

 

Posting Inventory Adjustments:

Navigate to:

Inventory > Processing > Adjust > Post Adjustment

Posting an inventory adjustment updates stock levels and schedules the transaction to be sent to QuickBooks.

 

Posting Physical Inventory Counts

Navigate to:

Inventory > Processing > Physical > Post Tab
