Multi-Warehouse Management
Multi-warehouse display in OE Info bubble
This optional module displays multiple warehouses in the order entry information bubble. The current warehouse assigned to the line item is bolded. Each column can be displayed or hidden based on the user's role (search 'whse').
•Warehouses set to not track inventory will not display.
•Warehouses with zero quantities in all columns will not display.
•This disabled by default.
In-line warehouse selector for Order Entry
A new column is available for the order entry screen to allow update of warehouses for line items. This column can be added to a users role by searching the 'column' resources.
•The warehouse column is located on the far right of the line item screen.
•Adding all display column options will reduce the display area for item descriptions.
Warehouse Specific Reporting in Universal Sales Export
•Sales information can be restricted by warehouse using the warehouse selector (middle right).
•The warehouse from which each line item has been shipped can now be included in the sales universal export by selecting the 'Warehouse' data field in the 'Item Info' section (lower right).
Calculation and Display Improvements
Average Cost Calculations:
Average cost calculation method has been improved to gracefully handle zero and negative in stock quantities and negative quantities on receiving transactions.
Inventory Movement Report:
•Notation added to display quantity entered for physical counts.
•Extended price display calculation corrected for items sold by the each.
Price List
Category description font was changing after the first 24 characters. This has been corrected to maintain correct font.
Costing When Using Customer Items
Costing calculations when using Customer Items to change the billing unit of measure will now correctly calculate if the order is entered using the order guide.
Invoice Comments
Printing format for invoice comments has been improved to line break cleanly.
