The Food Connex Support Team is available from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.  The support team can be reached through our online support system, via email, or by phone.

To setup your support login:
Send an email to Support@FoodConnex.com from the email account you wish to use as the login.
Click the Sign Up button on the login page.

Complete the sign up form with the same email that you previously sent the email from.
Follow the prompts to authorize your login.
 
After initial setup logging in is done with the Sign In button and the email address and password combination created in above setup.

Email submitted to support@foodconnex.com will automatically create a support request.  The email address you are sending from must already be registered in the Food Connex Support system.

Support calls will be entered into the support queue with requests from Online and Email support requests.  If a support person is unavailable to take answer your call immediately please leave a message that includes:

Your full name

Your company name

Your phone number

A summary of the request
