Other Support Options
The Food Connex Support Team is available from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. The support team can be reached through our online support system, via email, or by phone.
Email submitted to support@foodconnex.com will automatically create a support request. The email address you are sending from must already be registered in the Food Connex Support system.
Support calls will be entered into the support queue with requests from Online and Email support requests. If a support person is unavailable to take answer your call immediately please leave a message that includes:
•Your full name
•Your company name
•Your phone number
•A summary of the request
